UTV Rental Aruba – Terms and Conditions

1. Rental Eligibility

• Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

• Passengers must be at least 12 years old and over 120 cm in height.

2. Rental Period

• Rentals are available for half-day (4 hours), full-day (8 hours), or multiple-day durations.

• Overnight rentals are available upon special request and are subject to additional charges.

3. Reservations and Payments

• A reservation deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment is due at the time of vehicle pick-up.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cash.

4. Security Deposit

• A security deposit is required at the time of rental, payable via credit card. This deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

6. Late Returns

• Vehicles must be returned on time. Late returns are subject to a $50 fee for up to one hour late.

• Returns more than one hour late will incur an additional half-day rental fee.

7. Use of Vehicles

• Vehicles must be operated responsibly and only in designated areas.

• UTVs are not permitted in Arikok National Park or other restricted areas.

• Drivers must adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

8. Equipment and Safety Gear

• Helmets are mandatory for all ATV rentals and optional for UTV rentals. They are provided free of charge.

• Bandanas, goggles, and other safety gear are available for purchase.

9. Vehicle Damage and Liability

• Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.

• An inspection will be conducted before and after the rental. Any damage will be assessed and deducted from the security deposit.

• Renters must report any accidents or mechanical issues immediately.

10. Insurance

• Optional insurance is available for an additional fee. It covers accidental damage but does not cover negligence or off-limit driving.

11. Pick-Up and Drop-Off

• Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are available for rentals from major hotels and accommodations within a 10 km radius.

12. Weather Policy

• In case of severe weather, rentals may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

13. Assumption of Risk

• Renters acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with operating UTVs.

• Renters agree to indemnify and hold UTV Rental Aruba harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the vehicle.

14. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for rental purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

15. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Aruba.
